Shawnee Trail Cowboy Day at Heritage Museum in Frisco TX

Frisco Resident! Come out and experience some fun time and learn about the wild wild west at the Shawnee Trail Cowboy Day on Saturday October 27th. The event will be held at the Frisco Heritage Museum.

This year the event will feature cowboy story time for the little buckaroos kicks off the day with a bang, take a stagecoach ride just like they did way back when and watch out for the stagecoach bandits. Witness authentic gun fights and experience what it was like to learn in a one-room school house. Other activities such as armadillo races, face painting, petting zoo, pony ride, pioneer lifeskills such as blacksmithing. Don’t forget to tour the Heritage Museum’s permanent exhibits offering snapshots into Frisco’s history.

Event admission is $5 per person (Children ages 2 and under are free) and is available through the Museum Store on October 26th.

The event will start at 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Frisco Heritage Center located at 6321 Page St. Frisco TX 75034
