The curb appeal looks just like the photo. A confirmation.

As soon as the Buyer steps into the property, at the foyer takes at 360 degree turn, turns over to say (to the Buyer’s Agent),

“Let’s put in a FULL PRICE offer”…..

The agent says, “But you haven’t even seen the whole house yet.”

The buyer says, “I’ve seen enough”.

The agent says, “But you don’t need me to run some comparables to see how much the neighborhood has been selling? You want to put in a FULL PRICE offer?”

The buyer says, “YES. I don’t want to lose this house. I’ll give the Seller whatever he wants”.

Case closed.
