Rent Frisco TX home CHEAP!!!!

Have you wonder how you can rent a house in Frisco TX cheap? There seems to be a lot of them these days. You can just type in the phrase in Google search and see a ton of them.

Are they real or legit? We have recently have few folks who called and emailed us wanting more information about the house and the details.

Well, I have some bad news for you, folks. Not to rain on your parade but if it is too good to be true, then it is too good to be true.

With the power of technology, internet and ability to alter pictures or fake a listing, there have been a lot of scams out there. If you find a house that could be that and email the owner for more information, you could get an email response. Don’t be scam when you read their reply back to you.

I was online just poking around and found one that I emailed the owner. Low and behold, I got an email response. They owner, or supposedly the owner, said that they were transferring out of state for a job and will be back in 4 to 5 years. So, they just want to rent it out while they were off. They even mentioned that they want to find a “good family” to rent that would take care of their house.

Wow! I was blown away. The rent was cheap, the owner (supposedly) was really nice and down to earth. My prayers have been answered! NOT!!!

They want me to send them a deposit check to hold the house. That was a red flag. The first thing to identify if it is a scam is when they ask you to send them money.

The only money you should send is an application fee with the application. Deposit money should be hand over ONLY when the application have been approved and lease agreement signed.

So, how do you find a good deal on rental in Frisco TX? You don’t! Yes, you might get lucky to find one that is cheap once a blue moon but most of the time, the rent will be of market value.

The best thing you can do, if you are looking for a rental in Frisco TX is to call an agent. They can search on MLS of what is available and deal with legitimate agent representing the landlord. You can also look for property management company. They too list what is available for rent. Just Google them.
