Operation Toys For Troops at Frisco Square Frisco TX

by Mike Yeo on December 3, 2011

This is the season for giving and what more than to give back to our military family. Every year Christmas at the Square in Frisco TX hold a Toys for Troops Drive. The purpose of this to bless our troops and their family for what they are doing for our city, state and country. This toy drive is organized by Frisco Square and partnering with Operation Once In A Lifetime (OOAIL), a military non-profit group that helps make the dreams of our troops come true.

Last year, with the help of the local DFW community, Operation Once in a Lifetime delivered $36,000 in toys to 986 children of U.S. Soldiers. This year, their goal is $50,000 in toys. So, be part of this great effort by Operation Once in a Lifetimes “Toys for Troops” program and bring an unwrapped new toy to donate.

You can drop off a toy beginning November 25 until December 16. The toy drop-off locatio are:

– near the Model Train Display located in the first  floor of the Residence of Frisco Square Building,
– the Frisco Square Management Office, and
– at theMarket Place at Frisco Square.

Toys for Troops

My troop 3725 will be coming by on Sunday to drop off a new toy. This will be part of our giving back badge. This looks like a great donation selection.
