Is the holiday season a good time to sell in Frisco TX?

We are getting close to Thanksgiving. After the turkey dinner, it is time to go on a shopping spree. With more and more retailer starting their black Friday sale earlier, there may not be any more black Friday.

We have been getting question about real estate during this time of the year. In the past, real estate have been predictable. The market usually picks up by spring time, gets really really hot in the summer time and then by the time fall rolls around, it would get slow and winter time is just a time to hibernate.

These day, it is not like that anymore. You can forget about all those predictable trend. So, what does the market look like? In our current Frisco TX market, the housing market is still hot. Houses are constantly being listed, offers are still being made. In some cases, we still see multiple offers.

We have so many families relocating to the Dallas Ft Worth area for work that it keeps the market going. Those that are relocating here will want to be moved in and ready for the holiday.

If you are thinking about selling your house, you might want to talk to an agent now. Listing a house takes time to prepare. If your home need some makeover before it is on the market, you will need to start yesterday.

If you are considering to sell your home, call us so we can help you to evaluate what you need to do.
