The Frisco Community Parade will be held at the Pizza Hut Park this Saturday, November 13th 2010 to commensurate Veteran’s Day and celebrate community parade. In the past, when the Frisco Community Parade was held in November, they celebrated Homecoming when Frisco had only one high school (Frisco High School) not too long ago.
Join us as we come together as a community at the Frisco Community Parade. It starts at 11:00 am with parade of school marching bands, floats, football teams & cheerleaders, civic organizations, youth sports associations, Frisco-based professional sports teams, non-profit and local businesses. The Frisco Community parade showcases the community spirit and diversity in Frisco’s residents, schools and businesses.
The Frisco Community Parade starts at 11:00 am at the Pizza Hut Park head east and walks through the Frisco Downtown area until the North County Road where Double Dip is located. Please check for road closures around the Frisco Downtown and Main Street areas.
Pre-Parade Community Breakfast
Join Frisco for a Pre-Parade Community Breakfast at the Frisco’s Senior Center located at Frisco Square (6670 Moore Street) near the Frisco Square residences and Frisco’s Heritage Museum. It costs $5 for adults and $3 for children under 13. The proceeds of this event go to the Senior Advisory Council. Funds are used to help host various events at the Senior Center throughout the year. Plan to pay at the door on the day of event.
