Frisco Freedom Fest 2010

Every year, we celebrate the Independence Day of our beloved country. The City of Frisco too put on the celebration and it is quite a show with music, food, great fun and never the less a great firework show. In 2009, more than 30,000 people came out to celebrate. The event is held at the Pizza Hut Park and Simpson Plaza, located in front of the City Hall.

The Frisco Freedom Fest event feature many fun activities for the entire family and for all ages. The event starts at 4pm. Some of the fun activities include Children’s Expo featuring bungees, rock climbing wall, train ride, bounce houses, face painting, stilt-walker. Some of these activities may required ticket. There will be a Community Stage featuring local talented entertainers such as singers, bands and dancers of all musical styles.

For those who love to sample different food, you will want to make sure to visit the Taste of Frisco. Local restaurant will be greeting you with their great and specialty food. The Pizza Hut park will be hosting a Major League Soccer match between our FC Dallas and the Kansas City Wizards.

The grand finale of this event will start approximately 9:45pm. This is one of the largest fireworks display in all of North Texas. The firework display will be about 20 minutes longs displaying spectacular firework.
