Celina TX Balloon Festival 2011

It’s that time again to enjoy the outdoor activities with the cooling weather. The 6th Annual Celina Balloon Festival will be held on November 4th and 5th, 2011. This event is presented by the Greater Celina Chamber of Commerce. There will be a ton of activities for all ages at this festival.

The activities includes:

  • Classic Car Show
  • Petting Zoo
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Carnival Rides (rides will require purchase of tickets)
  • Giant Inflatables
  • Kite Exhibitions
  • Midway Games
  • Vendors
  • Live Music
  • Laser show (on November 5th after ballon glow)
  • Festival Food
  • And of course, Hot Air Ballons

With weather permitting the ballon lift will be on Friday, November 4th at approximatetly 5pm, Saturday, November 5th at 8am and again at approximately 5 pm. The ballons will be back for a spectacular glow in the evening.

5:00pm        Opening Ceremony
5:30pm        Vendor area and Midway opens
6:30pm        Balloon Flight (Weather permitting)
7:00pm        Band(s) perform
Festival closes for evening at 12:00am
November 5th
8:00am      Balloon lift-off (weather permitting), Vendor area and Midway opens
10:00am      Entertainment area opens & bands begin to peform
6:30pm        Balloon Flight/Glow (weather permitting)
8:00pm        Scheduled Fireworks
8:30pm        Band(s)
10:00pm     Festival closes

I am interested in being a vendor at your 2012 Balloon Fest. I already have a show booked this year. We have sand art for the kids, birdfeeders and custom t-shirts.
